The 2025 Nissan Pathfinder comes with seating for up to eight, a premium Platinum grade, and is on sale now with a starting MSRP of $37,070.
The new model was named an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) 2024 TOP SAFETY PICK+ (applies to vehicles built after November 2023). Pathfinder also earned a spot on the Cars.com 2024 Best Cars for Car Seats list.

The SUV offers tow ratings of up to 3,500 pounds for S, SV, and SL grades. That figure rises to 6,000 pounds on Rock Creek and Platinum and grades with the SV Premium or SL Premium packages. Available 4WD offers seven drive modes: Standard, Sport, Eco, Snow, Sand, Mud/Rut, and Tow.
New to the 2025 Pathfinder is the Nissan Maintenance Care program coverage, which includes up to three oil changes for the first two years or 24,000 miles.
Tech and Driver Safety
Every grade for the 2025 Pathfinder has standard Nissan Safety Shield 360, a suite of technologies that includes:

Three Rows of Seating and Spacious Cargo
The 2025 Pathfinder features three rows of seats for eight or seven with optional second-row Captain’s Chairs. The EZ FLEX second-row seats feature Nissan’s Latch and Glide technology, allowing them to move even while a child safety seat is installed to access the third row.
The cargo area provides 16.6 cubic ft. of storage with all rows of seats upright, expanding to 80.5 cubic ft. with the second and third rows lowered.
Rock Creek Edition
The 2025 Nissan Pathfinder continues to offer a Rock Creek grade featuring off-road-tuned suspension, 18-in. beadlock-style wheels with all-terrain tires, a tubular roof rack with a 220-lb. capacity, LED fog lights, Intelligent Around View Monitor with Off-Road Mode, and second-row captain’s chairs.
Pathfinder SV and Rock Creek grades also add a power liftgate with position memory, previously exclusive to the SL and Platinum grades.
