CUSTOMERX Adidas, John Lewis and Nissan on creating seamless experiences


Spring Retail Festival’s rebranded CustomerX event on 14 May 2025, in London, delves into the detail of customer experience and how to get it right in an omnichannel retail landscape.

A new speaker to the event, Milou Stenvoorden, Global Senior Director Consumer Engagement at Adidas joins Chiara Parodi, Head of Experience & Service Design at John Lewis & Partners, and Zeke Zhiqian Wu, Global CRM Program Manager at Nissan Corporation for the opening session at CustomerX. 

The panel, moderated by Joris Peucheret, Digital Strategist at Inovon, will tackle the challenge of unifying digital and physical channels, touching on how AI, automation and data can be used to embed personalisation and how mobile integrations and instore technology are being used to create truly integrated customer experiences.

Attendees will have the opportunity to contribute to discussions and peer learning, following the panel, in a unique think tank format held under chatham house rules.
