step 1
First, with the black construction paper, cut two stripes and then one rectangle. Then you’ll cut tiny stripes on top of the rectangle, a big circle, and lastly two small triangles.

Then we will cut two big triangles with the white construction paper.

Next, glue everything onto the paper plate.

Lastly, glue the eyes on.
