She’s become such a key figure on the red carpet, can you imagine the Met Gala 2024 without Emily Ratajkowski?
Luckily, we don’t have to. The star was present on Monday, May 6 at the Metropolitan Museum of Arts in New York City for the Met Gala, a celebration of the Costume Institute’s exhibition “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”
In keeping with this theme and the “Garden of Time” dress code, Emily Ratajkowski’s Met Gala look was vintage Versace. A completely sheer vintage Versace look, more specifically.
Completely transparent, this vintage Versace gown revealed Ratajkowski’s entire silhouette. From the Atelier Versace fall-winter 2001 show, this creation was curated by Tab Vintage with the help of stylist Jorden Bickham. When it came to accessories, Ratajkowski played it low key with a pair of understatedly chic heeled sandals and long gold earrings.
Once again, Ratajkowski has embraced the see-through dress. And once again, shined as she walked the carpet. Another successful Emily Ratajkowski Met Gala look in the books.
