Incenter Lender Services, a group of companies that help nonbank and depository mortgage lenders nationwide, announced this week the hiring of two new vice presidents. Kathleen Rose and Wayne Brown will join Incenter’s leadership team.
Both executives will oversee national accounts, tapping into the decades of success, experience and relationships shared between them. Shelley Duffy, Incenter’s executive vice president of national sales, praised Rose and Brown for their aptitudes for problem-solving.
“Kat and Wayne are both strategic problem solvers,” Duffy said in a statement. “Our clients appreciate their ability to internalize their core challenges, and apply their comprehensive industry knowledge to solving them.”
Brown brings 20 years of experience to his new role, including 12 years at Freddie Mac, where he served as senior director of cash window sales and trading. Brown also served as managing director of sales for mortgage technology firm Black Knight, as chief revenue officer for Lift Strategic Partners and as principal for Brown Derby Consulting.
Brown expressed excitement over his new role and said he intends to continue serving customers with new solutions.
“I’m excited to support customers I’ve known for years with solutions that dovetail perfectly with their needs,” Brown said. “Many of them have worked with Incenter in one capacity, such as MSR trading, and are delighted with our full spectrum of solutions in other areas, such as servicing valuation and brokerage through Incenter Capital Advisors.”
Rose, a record-setting sales accounts leader, also has two decades of leadership experience. On her LinkedIn profile, the veteran sales leader did not hold back on conveying her value and experience.
“I am known for cultivating, developing, and strengthening long-term relationships with executive and C-level decision makers in the financial services and mortgage industries. I develop, direct, and provide strategic vision for sales and marketing plans for mortgage products and services,” according to her bio.
Before joining Incenter, Rose oversaw national valuation sales at Homegenius. She also held leadership and management roles at companies like SimpleNexus, Radian, Accenture and Ent Credit Union.
