The product—which is really a range of heat protectants for different hair types—is actually called Kérastase Thermique. And viewers demanded to know which one Barlow recommends.

“These two are my faves,” Barlow posted to Twitter/X with photos of Ciment Thermique Heat Protecting Cream for damaged hair, and Nectar Thermique Heat Protecting Cream for thick, dry hair.

In a franchise where paid product placements are often shoehorned into episodes, the Kérastase moment was as refreshing as it was genuinely entertaining. Now, the brand is capitalizing on it via a partnership with Barlow.

“After we heard Lisa is a mega Kérastase fan, it was a no-brainer that we ended up partnering with her on some fun social content,” Sarah Barr Battle, the vice president of marketing at the brand, tells Glamour.

Perhaps no one was more surprised by the name-drop than the brand itself.

“The amount of calls, emails, texts, and DMs we immediately got about this was incredible,” Barr Battle says, adding that the mention was completely organic. “Lisa’s love for Kérastase is so natural, and we love that she’s in love with our products.”
