Cornish fashion brand Seasalt has replaced its stamp card loyalty scheme with a new mobile wallet reward offering, which sees points given for all purchases.
Seasalt Rewards aims to enhance customer communication and experience through better personalisation. This initiative intends to boost engagement and retention among UK customers, both instore and online.
Seasalt stressed the new loyalty scheme offers a seamless transition for existing stamp card holders, allowing them to transfer their stamps until the end of June 2025.
Benefits include birthday gift vouchers, exclusive offers, competitions, and early access to sales. There is no minimum spend required to earn points, and every 100 points can be redeemed for £5 off future purchases.
Amy Thom, chief marketing officer at Seasalt, said: “We have listened to what our customers have been asking for through our Voice of Customer programme and we’re delighted to meet and exceed their requests through the launch of Seasalt Rewards. When our customers speak, we listen.
“Our valued brand fans are integral to the success of our business and this enhanced loyalty scheme will bring rewards and experiences to our customers that are representative of our Seasalt brand.”

The RetailDNA Product Value Chain Europe report looks at how Seasalt showcases the clothing, accessories and footwear that it sells through detailed product information, and by enabling previous purchasers to share their opinions of products.
A Seasalt company profile is one of eight in the RetailDNA Product Value Chain Europe 2024 report, which explores how retailers invest in products before displaying and selling them in a way that adds value and generates profits that can be reinvested.
